            Erika is an accomplished business and leadership development professional and coach with more than 15 years of experience designing and facilitating training that equips individuals and organizations to succeed. She is the Founder of Unlimited Learning Solutions, where she provides innovative workshops and coaching in leadership, workforce readiness, ministry development, and student success.

            Erika holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Strayer University and a Bachelor of Science from Virginia Tech. She has also earned multiple certifications in career coaching, teaching, leadership, and TESOL instruction, as well as a Diploma in Mental Health Coaching from the American Association of Christian Counselors.

            Her professional background spans corporate leadership, higher education, and ministry service. She has served as an Adjunct Professor of Business at Elizabeth City State University, taught ESL internationally, and managed staff development and client training in the financial sector as a Branch Manager and Financial Services Officer. In ministry, she has led volunteer training, women’s leadership development, and church-based educational programs.

            Through her dynamic and engaging workshops, Erika blends practical tools, interactive activities, and real-world insights to help leaders clarify their vision, strengthen their teams, and create strategies for long-term growth. She is passionate about equipping others with the tools they need to succeed, whether in business or ministry.​​
